Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FixHos at fixhos.com (the "Service"), operated by FixHos ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

FixHos provides AI-assisted ticket triage and reply automation for short-term rental operations. Features include mailbox integration (Gmail / Outlook), classification, drafted replies, technician dispatch via messaging channels, and reporting.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable rental, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
• Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its underlying providers (Google, Microsoft, Telegram, WhatsApp, Anthropic).
• Do not use the Service to send spam or messages that violate the policies of the connected channels.
• You are responsible for the content of replies sent on your behalf, including those auto-sent by rules you configure.

4. Your data & connected accounts

You retain ownership of your data. By connecting a mailbox or channel, you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings.

5. AI output

The Service generates AI-drafted replies and classifications. AI output may be inaccurate. By default, replies require your approval before being sent ("shadow mode"). If you enable auto-send for specific categories, you accept responsibility for the resulting messages.

6. Fees

Pricing, if applicable, is shown at sign-up or in your account settings. Beta or free plans may be subject to usage limits and may change with notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for legal or security reasons.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR USE CASE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXHOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
